Minced Garlic, 4.5 oz Jar

I like the ease of this product. I don't cook that often so fresh garlic dries up or goes bad. I can keep this in the fridge and have it when I need it. This time I bought the smaller jar. I threw the larger one away because it had been in there for quite a while. Garlic adds flavor to lots dishes. If I don't have minced in the jar garlic, I use garlic salt or powder but it's not the same. This minced garlic is pretty close to fresh so it works for me!

I like using garlic in all the dishes that I cook for my family %26 having this little jar cuts my prep time in half. I like how small the jar is so its easy to store in the fridge. I also like how finely chopped the garlic is. I try to chop up my garlic good but I love how this one is chopped.

No, I'm usually one for fresh garlic. My sister had this in her refrigerator and my mom did. And I thought well what the heck I'll try it. I'm glad I did! I can't say it's as good as fresh garlic but if you don't wanna cut it and just want something easy on, wanna go then this is perfect. When I have time, I probably still will go with my fresh garlic. So I just depends how busy you are how much time you have and what you wanna use.

Don't get me wrong I love fresh garlic but as I've aged it's harder to prepare it for meals. This canned garlic just helps in so many ways it taste great and you can just spoon it out and close the lid and put the rest in your fridge I use it in spaghetti garlic bread pizza anything that you want to put garlic on without all the work

I tend to use garlic in my cooking. but I HATE chopping it. Between the smell on my hands, dealing with peeling it and mincing it, just no. I'm sure chopping a fresh clove may taste a little better, but if it's added to a lot of ingredients, it pretty much tastes the same. I'm on a reduced sodium diet for my kidneys, so I cook most of my own food, and this makes my life a lot easier.

I found this minced garlic to be very convenient, easy to get out of the jar. It was very fresh. I did not notice the absence of sodium or preservatives. I like that there is a lot of liquid because sometimes I will use the liquid instead of the actual garlic.

The most important thing is that itis convenient. often i will purchase garlic whole and when I go to use it , it is dried out and too old to use.but with this jar it is already to use.I find I use more garlic in my coooking because it is so convenient. don"t have to peel or chop, so you save time as well.

it was very convenient and tasted nice. But it leaked from the factory closed lid before it even got it home. So it's a give and take. Buy it for convenience but keep it upright in your car and fridge

To be honest, I think someone may have opened the lid and compromised the product by breaking the seal and I got the product because i ordered via the online system. Please check on your products like this for safety purposes. I threw out the product once I realized it was bad, and because by then I had already used the product. That usually changes the original state it appeared to be in, so you know how that goes.
