This is handy to have in the cupboard for when you run out of onions. I like the taste and texture and seem to use it often.

Minced Onion Review
The minced onion was excellent in that it “reconstitutes” quite well, particularly when added to a warm/hot liquid like broth or a sauce. I wish it had a stronger toasted flavor but that’s something I can work around. The product’s cost was reasonable and I particularly liked that the onion scent was evident upon opening the container/bag. I hope that scent continues as I use the minced onions over time.

The dried onion pieces are cut too fine; doesn't deliver the flavor or texture I wanted.

No expiration date on the jar. Wont be using. The jar also looks like it was kicked around on the floor !
