My son absolutely loves this minecraft dungeons mini battle box. He's 13 and loves minecraft. This mini set added to his collection and provided countless hours of fun for him to bring his game to reality. There are small parts so I don't reccomend for small children. My nine year old and my six year old were both very excited to receive this toy. They have been playing Minecraft Dungeons a lot lately and were happy to see that there are toys to go along with it. I was happy that they took a break from video games to play with actual toys. They liked playing with it by itself at first, but had the most fun after they got out the rest of their Minecraft toys to play with it. My boys were so excited to receive this product as they are both really into Minecraft. They enjoyed playing with each of the figures and the lava blocks. I think the figurines would be more fun if their accessories weren't attached and the blocks were individual so you could build your own volcano or lava pool. At first sight my kids were so excited to see the box with the new Minecraft toys. The little guy is finely detailed and looks amazing. The Redstone gollum can move his arms and head. The arms extend far enough out that the kids bop the other toys. The blocks and lava would be better if they came apart so that you could rearrange them. My son was very excited to receive this new Minecraft dungeons toy. He hasn't gotten to play the actual game so he was excited to get to see some of the characters. Seeing it in the box, got him all ready to get it out to play. However after about 10 minutes he was a bit bored with the toy. All it does is move his head and arms so there wasn't much he could do with it. It might be more enjoyable along with some other sets, but on its own it's enjoyment level didn't last.
