My kids thought this was the coolest thing ever! Definitely a level up from the blanket forts of old. Easy for them to assemble and take apart, and super easy storage too. You don't have to be into Fortnite to enjoy building with these. Hours of fun!
Great gift for a young mind that would want to look into the future of imagination and technology.
We struggled a little bit figuring out how to use the yellow pieces to make it sturdy. Once we read the instructions and use them properly, our forts turned out great! My kids have had a blast playing in them and now we need another set!
We enjoyed using our imagination to build and play with the make-a-fort kit. Since the pieces can be connected in a variety of ways, we can create a new structure every time. It was fun for the whole family!
This is perfect for those older, taller kids that want to build a fort. We bought 3 sets so he can build up and out. He always wanted us to save boxes which took up too much room. These are perfect to take down and put back in their boxes and store. Love them.
I wanted to give my son something that would keep him off his screens and help him to interact with his brother. We built the first fort from one of the pictures on the instructions and he hasn't even taken it down to build something else, he and his brother love playing in it! Very sturdy for being cardboard. One suggestion- make a kit that is waterproof for outdoor play! It does take up quite a bit of space to build a fort and then leave it up (luckily we have a sunroom/playroom). All in all very worth the price, very much a great kit for a Minecraft loving kiddo! My kids are 6 and 3, but I enjoyed building it myself so I believe older kids would enjoy it as well.
Our nephews absolutely loved the Minecraft kit - it was the HIT of Christmas this year. What we love is how it sparks their own creativity and expression gets them off screens too ;) But I have to speak to the amazing customer service of the team! I ordered too late and they personally helped me get a kit in time - they texted, they problem solved, and they did it all with a smile and generosity. We love supporting this family business.
The shipping was very fast and I'm super excited for my kiddo to open this. It is totally up his alley. I'm enclosing a picture of his current fort and will update after Christmas. My husband calls it his homeless encampment.
I spent $150 for this product. I got several pieces of heavy cardboard and several rubber connecters. The grandkids are 12, 9 and 7. They had this put together within 20 minutes and never looked at it again. I feel it was way overpriced and virtually a poor choice for this age group.
When I looked at this on the ad I thought it was like plastic material and some kind of hard foam it's just cheap card board and you way over charge for it.
