We bought this as a gift for my 10 year old son. Does a great job finding larger items but struggles with smaller things. Takes more patience than a 10 year old has! Parents enjoyed it very much. Adjustable arm handle makes it very comfortable to use.

Honest
I gave this detector a chance, even after researching the reviews. It didn't have a discriminating sound difference and I kept getting false signals. I had a dime on the ground and it continued to tell me it was junk. I didn't like this as much as I liked the analog bounty hunter. Sorry guys.

Inaccurate, waste of money.
It beeped every 6 inches in the backyard but didn't find anything above the surface. Alleged items switched to different categories (nail, coin, ring, stone) even though I was pointing at the same object.
