Minelab X-Terra Pro Black Waterproof Metal Detector

First of all this is a Minelab X-Terra Pro metal detector. Not “Black”. There is no “black” model. The only reason that I can figure they added the word “black” description is that there are no accessories with it. It comes with the machine, battery charger cable and paperwork. No headphones. No shovel. It is the color that is displayed in the picture. Olive Drab Green. It is the real deal X-Terra Pro. It is a fantastic machine. I haven't had it submerged yet (and probably won't) but everything else works great. I have been out to the beach twice and in the back yard. I have found all kinds of things with it including money! Two quarters, three pennies. It hasn't paid itself off yet but it's well on its way. There is a learning curve though, but they provide you with a quick start guide in the box. You can also download a PFD manual on their website (Highly recommended) or contact them directly and they'll send you one. There are also a plethora of tutorial videos on YouTube. It is a must to get the manual though. There is a lot of information about a lot of different settings. It's well worth the read. I highly recommend this Minelab X-Terra Pro metal detector for anyone that is interested in getting into the game. Or even someone who is wanting to upgrade without breaking the bank. Especially since it's on sale at $270 right now. It's a genuine Minelab X-Terra Pro metal detector Not “Black”. Keep it swinging!

Great metal detector! The Minelab X-Terra Pro is lightweight, easy to use, and perfect even for beginners. It's accurate, does a good job distinguishing metals, and avoids unnecessary signals. The waterproof feature is a big plus — great for searching near water. Build quality is solid and delivery was fast. Very happy with this purchase!

I like the Minelab X Terra Pro metal detector I received but I will not be able to put it to the test until spring arrives. I don't detect in the winter.

I love it, wish minelab wouldve maybe done something about the jumpy vdi. the vanquiah I have is spot on. but for the price this is a very good detector love the backlight screen and the flashlight. helps allot when it starts to get dark it's well made doesn't feel cheap. wish they would've went with grey instead of green but eh it's a good detector

Good price. Item arrived on time but it looked like it might have been opened and returned. walmart.com took care of it though. overall im very satisfied with this purchase.

I love the product but unfortunately my supposedly new minelabs detector arrived in open box condition with beach sand on the coil and most frustrating it was missing the magnetic charging cable from the box. It stinks to open a new product you paid few hundred for and not even get the box opening experience. That being said it works fine and I found the cable on Amazon for $25.

Due to my disability I was unable to use metal detector , but since I had taken it out of the box, charged it and never used it outdoors the owner was not going to refund me the full amount I paid . So therefore I didn't return it, now it's just sitting in the box. Customers please be aware not to buy from non Walmart products due to the different return policies from other non Walmart vendors!!!!!

Item did not come with the USB magnetic charging cord. Box appears to have been a return. Went back and forth with customer service. Manufacturer states it takes batteries but there is no place to put batteries. It specifically states in manual it needs a charging cord. I have submitted a refund request. This has been a 2 week ordeal. I'm not a happy camper.
