This product is very light weight and the color is perfect!

Being health conscious and also allergic and sensitive to a LOT of ingredients, I'm always changing the cosmetics I use, trying to find my holy grail. I think I may have found it, ya'll. Living in the humid south, wear oftentimes you wear the humidity (iykyk :P), finding a powder that works is hard. I sweat it off. It melts. But at the same time, in trying to keep my skin matte and non-shiny, my face will get extra dry. And shine. Not a pretty sight. But this powder. Ya'll, it STAYED ON ALMOST ALL DAY!! Seriously, I only had to refresh ONCE. And in re-applying the powder, my face didn't turn cakey or look heavy, which often happens in the summer. In the humid southern summertime, that's kind of amazing! It didn't melt off!! It helped mattify my shiny, humidity-wearing face, but didn't dry it out one bit. And I'm in LOVE with this stuff! I found it at a discount store and bought some to try, but I would absolutely purchase this full price! The only downfall is that the loose, lightweight powder made a mess, and it's kind of pricey to waste, but now I know to be careful with it.

I'm fairly new to using setting powder so I've only ever used one other brand. Then I switched to MF to detox. This powder does the job! I mostly use it on my nose since that's where my foundation likes rub off. I try not to use much elsewhere because if gives a very matte finish (obviously). It matches good too. The amount of product is good for the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I still miss the compact, but I'm getting used to the loose setting powder. It took me a minute to figure out how to get it to come out. I didn't realize you could turn it to get it to come out faster. Other than that, it's great!

This is the best setting powder. I switched from another brand that dried my skin and caused breakouts on my lower eyelid. After switching to Mineral Fusion my breakouts are gone and my skin is hydrated. This blends in great with my concealer as well.

The powder is very loose, so I'd be cautious especially if you have asthma because it does cause me to cough (just because it's a powder, not any chemicals). It has kind of a cornstarch consistency. For this reason, it is a bit trickier to use than other loose powders but It's not a problem once set. Otherwise, I like the powder, it holds up well for long periods of time. It is very smooth and my t-zone rarely gets oily while using. It is a bit pricey for the size (it turned out to be smaller than expected).

I expected the powder to be milled much more finely, so that it would look sheer. Since the powder doesn't look sheer, it matters that I don't like the color. It's very unflattering to my skin. I've liked other Mineral Fusion products, so this product was a great disappointment.

I loved the pressed powder and was disappointed to have to purchase the loose powder, which can be messy. The pressed powder was easier to carry in my handbag for touchups. Good for travel as well.
