This wonderful blue gel helps with arthritis, backache, strains, bruises and sprains. This menthol gel absorbs perfectly into the skin and is completely greaseless and goes to work right away on taking the pain away. It smells strong at first but dissipates as it combines with the heat of your body. This blue mineral gel really works and helps me get back to work without any pain. This gel lasts several hours after one application, but can be applied several times a day as needed for pain. I definitely recommend Mineral Ice for all of your aches and pain, it's absolutely fantastic!!

I suffer from back pain almost every day and wanted to use something besides pain medication all the time. I applied the Mineral Ice on my mid to lower back and felt a cooling sensation. Within minutes I felt my back pain ease down. I like how I can feel it working. The gel form slides easily on my skin and doesn't leave any residue. It is easy to apply. The pain eased down within minutes. I highly recommend it if you suffer from back pain and want an alternative to pain meds. I also tried it on my upper back and neck when I felt an ache. Again, after a few minutes, I didn't notice any more pain. This product is great for muscle soreness or aches.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is no different than another popular name brand of this type of pain topical analgesic on the market. It works great on reducing pain but not swelling. And it doesn't claim to. The blue dye stains your skin, but it does wash off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mineral ice gel has a strong powerful scent upon first smelling the opened jar. After applying you get a cooling feeling that isn't unpleasant. I did experience a reduction of inflammation after using this gel but not to the degree I expected. I expected more of a relief but it was disheartening.
