I've been using it on my chronic lower back pain so I run it all across my lower back. Within a minute I feel a soothing cooling that seems to relax my muscles which definitely helps spasms. Of course there isn't a magic gel to relieve everything but I definitely get a little relief

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mineral ice gel has a strong powerful scent upon first smelling the opened jar. After applying you get a cooling feeling that isn't unpleasant. I did experience a reduction of inflammation after using this gel but not to the degree I expected. I expected more of a relief but it was disheartening.
