I get a lot of ankle/calf tightness and this helps relieve some of the pain. It goes on clear and is easy to use. My only recommendation is you need to spray this product on outside as the menthol scent is very strong. I spray only a little bit on me in my apartment and my wife was not pleased with the strong smell. Same goes with trying to use it before you get in the car.
