I love my watch. It looks exactly like it did on the website, and pairing it with my phone was effortless. The screen graphics are crisp, and my personal photo looks amazing as the wallpaper.
Good battery life and appearance. Easy to set up. Screen on mine started going bad in the top portion of the screen after 3 weeks of use. The charger is iffy
Directions are tiny and useless. Google how to set up. Download from your App Store and make sure your location is on exact location or it won’t ever connect to watch. Was only able to connect as headphones at first. This watch is strange and any time He try’s to listen to music on phone it gos to watch. And you have to switch off Bluetooth every time also when you try to use speaker phone. Very annoying. Not real happy would love to know how to fix this issue.
Inconsistent weather conditions reported, battery life is good, the watch stopped working after 1 month, would not recommend.
Watch from one day to another started to get white lines across screen making it hard to see anything. Sad considering I’ve barely had it a little over a month
I got the watch in August 21, 2025, and I immediately loved it. Easy setup, easy to use, large display, waterproof., long battery life. Everything I was looking for. The directions were not much help. If you could read them, But my biggest complaint is the reason for the title on this review. The watch has a 30 day free return policy. today is day 36 and it developed lines in the display(see picture). It's on it way out. Like I said, They know their product. I guess I will have to try something else.
I've had this watch for 2 weeks it started out good and now the screen glitches and will not do anything. I've tried rebooting it and it still will not work. I have purchased 3 cheap smart watches over the year and they all stopped working. Don't make my mistake the money I've spent on these i could've bought the good name brand for my phone. I've added a photo to show the settings screen is froze on the home screen.
It will not take a charge. I tested the voltage at the end of the charging cable it was 5 volts. I charge the watch for 4 hours and check the charge every 45 min. to 1 hour. i\The battery came up 2%.
Screen broke and had white streak lines Down the middle within 3 weeks and band broke shortly afterward.
I did not get the watch that I ordered, I was sent a different watch and my wife hooked it up to my phone while I was sleep. So now I have the wrong watch.
