This makes my life so much easier. I was misplacing my phone trying to carry it everywhere. As a senior, I leave the cell phone in the house and can work outside wearing this watch and not miss a call. I always have access to my contacts on my wrist. The added sports features are a bonus for my walks and a great way for inspiring fitness. A great purchase, the charge holds well and reaches a signal up to 45 feet for me out in the rural area.

The watch band is soft not stiff. The color is pale pink. Setup is very easy. It even checks your oxygen and can call an sos person for you. Very nice. I like it better than my name brand watch. You can add your own picture for watch face. Very very nice!!!!

I’d recommend this product if you don’t care about overall calories burned in the day. The calories are only reflected by movement m. I naturally burn some when I sleep too but you wake up with 0 for the day since I haven’t moved. The user interface is very easy to use. It looks and feels fairly sleek. You can turn off or on so many settings so you can truly customize it to your liking. It tracked my eye movements during my whole sleep reflection which I don’t think I liked. It does everything except accurately tracts total calories burned.

I'm 62 years old and had to let my daughter in law set up for me. Would love easier instructions.
