I LOVE SNAP PADS AND HAVE PURCHASE FOR MY PREVIOUS RV'S. THIS TIME I USED YOUR ONLINE INPUT TO DETERMINE WHICH JACK PAD I NEEDED AND IT TOLD ME 6”. I RECEIVED IT AND IT IS INCORRECT, I NEEDED THE 5.5” VERSION. I WENT TO WEBSITE TO CREATE A RETURN AND IT IS A HASSLE AND REQUIRES I PAY SHIPPING, NOT RELLY MY FAULT. I PURCHASE THE 5.5” ELSEWHERE IT IT IS CORRECT. I CANNOT RETURN THRE 6” AS I DO NOT WANT TO PAY FOR SNAPS MISTAKE.
SnapPads should be standard equipment on all RV's! All Manufactures should install these from the factory. Not that it's hard to install them, because it's not! It would just save every RV'er a step by not having buy them and put them on!
It was extremely easy to install the SJ pads and my additional tongue jack pad on the trailer. I am extremely happy with the product! They make things so much more stable annd I do not have to worry about additional setup of other pad like items.
Great product fast shipping
Excellent, great product, better customer service!THANK YOU
They are fantastic. Putting them on was a bit of a trick, and yes, a second person would have helped by making the process faster, but by myself, it just required a little more time to get them on. They do look like they might be too tight, but with some dish soap and a little wiggling, they really do snap into place. The trick of stacking on the low side to help the last side was great advice. Thanks to the SnapPad team. Great product.
Our experience was great. We already had SnapPads for the stabilizers on our Airstream but wanted a single for the front jack. We ordered one and it came shortly before we left on a two month trip. Unfortunately the day before we left we discovered it was the wrong size! Turns out the fulfillment center had shipped the wrong pad. We called customer service and they were very responsive, shipping the correct pad to a campground we were going to stay at on the third day of our trip. When we arrived it was waiting for us and everything worked perfectly. Can't say enough about the customer service experience.
We recently installed SnapPads on our new ORV 20BD with PS2, plus the power tongue jack. These are two different SnapPads. The order entry person contacted us to confirm we had ordered the correct ones - measure twice, cut once! They were easily installed and are secure. We've already been on a couple of camping trips and they simplify camp setups. We're happy!
We didn't get a second set because they wore out. We had them on our Airstream and absolutely loved the way they took that last bit of vibration out of the stabilizers. We sold our Airstream and the buyers really wanted them to stay. Now we have an Oliver Elite II and it now has Snap Pads too! Beyond pleased, especially with customer support.
The snap pad itself looks strong enough. The drawback was the packaging. There was no packaging at all. It was shipped in a plastic bag.
