Perfect for applique quilting

This has aided my quilting. It is really nice to press open the seams as you go along. I have only one "worry". It is very easy to grab in the wrong place and burn your fingers. Once burned, twice careful.

I use this for turning under seam allowance on tiny applique pieces. It works great, heats up fast and gets HOT on the high setting which is great. I wish the shaft between the handle and the iron part didn't get so hot, it's easy to grab it accidentally.

Haven't had it long. Works good. I got it so that when I'm quilting and need to press seams or doing paper piecing and don't want to use a big iron. I have to say that it does make pressing seams open a little easier since the point is smaller and opens the seams plus the whole block isn't under the iron so it doesn't burn me like a reg iron does. It seems to get really hot and I don't use water in my iron so I can always use the spray bottle or starch.

I bought 2 so I could use them to iron on edge trimming for a wood project that had nooks and crannies. Worked perfectly! My only complain is that the neck gets really hot. I accidentally pressed down on it when trying to apply pressure and burned my finger. They should redesign that part with heat resistant silicone or something.

I received this last week, but I have not used it yet. I'm sure it will be a big help when I start making quilts again

I ordered the mini iron at the suggestion of a friend for a project I was doing, however, the iron does not get as hot as needed nor preferred and made things much harder to do. However, doubling my time on the project, I did manage to complete it using the mini iron. If suggesting to a friend, I would definitely tell them they don't get that hot.

Depends on what you are going to use it for but it doesn't really get hot enough for me to use. It is advertised to be able to do small ironing jobs but I find it doesn't get hot enough %26 ends up taking longer to use than if I just go on %26 use my mini iron.

They did not package it well ,it fell out of the package during transport some where along the way! All I received was a empty package! That was ripped! So honestly I can't even give a fair opinion on the actual product!
