I will admit, the small size of this mini sewing maching made me think it would not work as well as a full size one, but I was wrong.It's great. It does everything I need for my sewing needs. I don't make clothing, but I do mend a lot, and this has made that so easy. I can hem pants in no time, and fix a ripped seam without any effort. I love how it has the option for both electricity or battery use. It also comes with a very detailed instruction book, complete with photos of every step. If you've used a sewing maching before, this works just like that. But if you are new to sewing, that instruction book is super helpful. If you don't want a full size machine, and you are looking for something to help make sewing fast and easy, I recommend this little mini machine. I'm very happy with it.

I am in love with my Mini Sewing Machine. This sewing machine is extremely beneficial for begginers and anyone needing a portable sewing machine. There are so many awesome features that makes this machine safe and easy to use. I am personally enjoying the built in bobbin winding facility, it makes my task much quicker. My next favorite thing is something I didn't even know I needed, the built in light. I can see what I am doing clearly and am getting a much straighter stitch. I am entirely excited to keep using this sewing machine and sew to my hearts content. I can definitely recommend!

I live in a small studio apartment and don't have room for a regular size machine so this little thing is perfect. I am always having to hand sew a hem or a tear or even a seam at times and this little machine makes it so much easier and faster than having to use a needle and thread.

My mom used to sew alot by hand in her younger years, but its gotten harder with age and arthritis. We have purchased multiple sewing machines for her, but they all are too complicated, and wanted to give up. But the Mini Sewing Machine Portable Adjustable 2-Speed Double Thread Sewing Machine with Needle Protector was perfect for her. Simple yet effecient. She once again gained her confidence to sew.

I love my new Mini Sewing Machine! I already have a larger sewing machine, but I never use it much, since I sew casually and it's less trouble for me to sew by hand than sit down at a machine... but with the easier mobility of this one, that just might change! It has all the same features as my large machine in a more portable size and the design is adorable. I love the pink accents and it's really sturdy and well made. I was skeptical that it would hold up to the big one, but it does the job just as well and looks great in my craft room!

I overall enjoyed the sewing machine! Didn't have too many problems with it, and the little bit of problems I did have (thread falling out) were probably user error. Will definitely be using this to touch up some of the alterations I make to my clothes!

Thank you so much for this mini sewing machine. I tried it as soon as I got it in the mail. It did a really good job at sewing up my pillow cases. The only thing it couldn't sew up was my jeans they was too thick. But… I would recommend this to anyone that needs small items sewn or fixed by sewing.

This is an awesome little machine that you can take along anywhere and sew great for a beginner or advanced sewer this is a powerful little thing so don't be fooled by its size I would like it to have had a case to keep everything together in one place.

It has everything you need to sew a basic straight stitch including nice bonuses like a built-in light and foot pedal control, but I had trouble getting it to sew even stitches or back stitch to finish the job. Three tries later and I still can't sew a seam without it unraveling itself immediately. It's prone to alignment issues as well that stop the machine from sewing. You have to reset the bottom bobbin to fix the issue (or worst case open up the machine to fix a gear!), which slows you down and gets frustrating. I wish the instructions were better too, including how to reverse stitch and and how to use the tensioning knob. Make sure to read the manual thoroughly before you thread the machine or use the bobbin winder or you will break it. This mini sewing machine is probably too frustrating for kids to learn and have fun with, but if you have simple lightweight sewing jobs like hemming curtains this machine will get it done.
