Keeps you boat in place when the waves roll in.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The auto push back with active anchoring is awesome on hard bottom lakes like Tae Rock. Keeps the boat from crab walking off the bank when the waves roll in.

Built right and hold the boat perfectly!!
I've used the Raptors since their release. Since day one, these have worked perfectly for me. I've had zero issues whatsoever. You can adjust the speed of them to dial in how you want them to react. In soft bottom they raise the first time every time, they don't get stuck in the muck. The pumps are easy to install, as is the hydraulic lines that attach. Just install, fill with oil, and enjoy them because that's all you'll have to do for them to work.

BETTER THEN THE POWER POLE
I had a power pole on my last boat but decided to give the Raptor a try after researching it. After 2 trips out I am so impressed with the Raptor design and function. The Raptor when in the up position won't budge when you pull on it where the power pole moved at least 8”. The top pivot of Raptor is sturdy and a lot better design. The active bottom is unbelievable you can actually watch it do it's thing if boat starts moving. Cant wait until I can get second one installed. AAAAAA++++++ Minn Kota.

I recently purchased the 8' Raptor for my 25' Sea Hunt Escape boat. I love the active anchor feature. It works exactly as described!

Bad remote
Brand new raptor, but remote is bad. Will only work raising the unit. The down button does nothing. Can you tell me how to get another remote?
