a great shortcut to Demi grace flavor
We're big fans of this Minor's Demi Glace concentrate for making steak sauces, Beef Bourguignon stews, making au jus a little richer, and many other uses. It's not the same as taking all day to make a real demi glace, but it's a great option for quick and easy demi glace flavors.

Strong flavor for building a base!
Use this for starting a base for beef and noodles and it brings the flavor. Appreciated the packing and it made our meal amazing!
