I have three dogs, and they all loved the minty dental bone treats. All three of them would line up right after dinner for after mint tree i have three dogs, and they all loved the minty dental bone treats. All three of them would line up right after dinner for their minty treat.
My Moxie Milo munches Minties most merrily.
i purchase the “mini” size for my 90%23 german shepherd dog. She gets 3 twice a day. Rather than ONE big one she thinks she's getting “more treats!” plus 3 minis have less calories than one meant for her size. She is supervised whilst eating them. They are MADE IN THE USA BUT~ i'm not sure where the ingredients are sourced from and would like to have that information. If she hears the bag she is sitting in front of me waiting for her 3! it hasn't upset her stomach.
We've never tried the “name brand”, but these will have her doing ALL the tricks to get one. I usually break them in half. ( she's only 10lbs) Huge disappointment: she was JUST diagnosed with Struvite crystals and has to be on a prescription food exclusively for the rest of her life. The vet did say she could have ONE of these every 2 weeks AFTER she's been on the Rx diet for 2 months and then ONLY if her labs support it. I may just donate these to the SPCA.
~ I love these little bones! They are considerably cheaper than other popular brands. I have a Mini Schnauzer and I buy the small bones and there are 80 bones in the bag I like to buy for her. They are the PERFECT size for her mouth and she loves her treats so much! They really do a great job at keeping her little teeth pearly white and her breath minty fresh! Great value!
Picture attached shows the pack eagerly waiting for their Minties Dental. After dinner they all rush into the kitchen for this dental bone. The little black
Since my dog doesn't like Cheetos or corn chips or even a tiny bit of a Doritos chip, I was kind of surprised that he took to these so quickly, but then again he does love lettuce. Our new routine is when he does something he's supposed to do he gets a minty.
I like that they helped in a big way to freshen my dogs breath. However, she began to vomit after giving her these within two days. I gave her 1 per day and on the 3rd day she started vomiting up everything. After letting her stomach calm down I started to feed her what she had been eating except for Minty's. No more vomiting. I might try again and monitor her as she eats them.
Product was received dryed up and heat damaged. Storage directions state, "Store in a cool, dry place." These instructions apparently don't apply to warehouse and/or shipper. My dog will not eat these damaged chews even though the Best Befors date is "06/14/2027".
Walmart shipped this item with the product bag sliced open. the shipping bag was completely undamaged, so this was done intentionally shipped damaged. whatever garbage system that Walmart has that forces employees to ship damaged items (this has happened multiple times, and I don't order often) should be fixed. unfortunately you have to leave this information
