Minute Instant White Rice, Light and Fluffy, Gluten Free, 14 oz

This box right here has rescued more suppers than I can count. When the kids are loud, the day’s been long, and I forgot to plan, this rice shows up ready in minutes. It’s light, fluffy, and somehow never turns into glue or crunchy disappointment. It goes with chicken, gravy, leftovers of questionable origin, or just butter and salt when I’ve officially tapped out. It’s not fancy, but it’s reliable…like your favorite old T-shirt. I keep a box in my pantry at all times because peace of mind is knowing dinner can be handled in minutes.

This rice makes a delicious side to orange chicken. Also tastes great with steamed vegetables

For those of you who don’t know how to cook it just follow the instructions on the back of the box get one cup of water boil it than the same amount of rice which is one cup of rice let water boil before pouring the rice in it then just leave it until the rice absorbs the water don’t stir it or nothing just leave until the rice absorb the water when done get a little butter and sit it on the rice than it’s done

Minute brand rice is higher than the other brands, but after comparing the ingredients I will not buy any other brand. Minute is the ONLY brand of boxed rice on the shelf that does not have a bunch of additives. I try to eat clean when I can, and having stuff added to my plain white rice is just irritating. If Minute can do it, they all can.

The packaging is easy to use with its pour box. The rice doesn’t really have a flavor to me, but I love the nutritional value! It’s really great to use as a side dish or for anything else for your meals

im not a fan of instant rice. the texture is off to me. the family doesnt have the same issue as me. easy to cook. can cook in microwave while tending to the meal. is a big plus fir me. i use a full box per dinner. i cook for 2 adult men 2 adult women and 4 kids (3,5,6,9) and 2 of them are boys now eating us out of house lol. growing boys. (daughter, son n law and their 4 kids plus me and my husband) so less than 3 bucks for an ingredient is dinner is a PLUS

Minute Rice is one of those pantry staples I always keep on hand for busy nights. It cooks up quickly, comes out light and fluffy, and makes getting dinner on the table so much easier. One of our family's favorite meals is what we call “Beef and Rice.” We brown hamburger, season it, cook up this rice, and let everyone add their favorite topping. I usually go for soy sauce or buffalo sauce, while everyone else has their own favorite. It's simple, affordable, and everyone leaves the table happy. The pictures show what came out of my box. Was either plastic or hardened glue. There were more smaller pieces in the box but got tired of sifting through it. I will no longer be able to buy Minute Rice. Had the big chunk not come out of the box, I would have continued with my casserole and the smaller pieces could have been consumed. I was horrified when I found these. Be careful. You wouldn’t have been able to tell the smaller pieces as they look like rice. These pieces were hard as rocks. This was reported to Walmart and the company on the box as well as the FDA.

the original price was $6.66 give me a beak for a box of minute rice yeah right... and I saved $4.20 come on guys it almost seems like you guys are acting like none of us are paying attention.. I would have like to have prepared this meal for my family without your demonic symbolism attached to it
