I'm a type 1 diabetic so any and all juices for low low blood sugars are okay. But I absolutely love this one because it is not orange flavored water with a bunch of sugar. There's actual oranges in it and it makes for a great quick and oozy cheap alternative to most juices

Had a chance to try out this product after getting my bloodwork done, and this product has the same taste as it did several years ago.
