Minwax Semi-Gloss Clear Oil-Based Fast-Drying Polyurethane 1 qt

I found this product to be easy to apply, it spread well and evenly. I was impressed with the quick dry time. I have used many different brands of polyurethane and this one had the lowest odor. The finish was beautiful! I am impressed with this product and its affordability.

I used this to protect a pine garden box and it was a great choice! it absorbed pretty quickly into the pine with it being pourous wood, but a handful of coats later it turned out so beautifully with the amber tint in it! highly recommend for any project

This manufacturer consistently makes excellent products and has done so for many decades. Walmart price was much better than Home Depot or Lowes for similar products.

Only poly I use on toys as it is safe for kids after drying (according to poison control center) Can was dented though and will eventually have to transfer to a blank can. Otherwise, great product.

Awesome product to apply. Used two to three coats and gave sufficient drying time between each coating to get the desired effect. Really made some antique furniture pieces stand out. This is a product to use if you're seeing results.

it's a good product I have outside doors that I'm covering they haven't been really taken care of and this is supposed help prevent weather damage during the colder months and rainy seasons. The truth is yet to come out waiting for the winter months to see if is really everything they say it is.

The buttons are cute but way too small for anything other than decoration. The colors are nice but a different number of each one which makes it difficult if you plan on using all one color. They are ok, not my favorites!

I love Minwax products. I have used their wood stains throughout my house and their polyurethane as well. A lot of my floors are covered with semi-gloss oil based Minwax poly, but I have used the gloss variety most recently on a much traveled hallway that requires a bit more surface durability. The shine is even and beautiful. Applying is quick and simple; stir before applying, use a good china white brush, apply a thin coat, take your time (but not too much time as this is quick drying poly). Let dry for 24 hours before treading over top and even then, wear socks for another 24 hours to assure drying. No heavy traffic for 1 week. Great results and a surface that will last for years.

I haven't used it yet but just the fact that Walmart carries Minwax products is good information! I know that it will have a great end result once I complete my project.

I have used this in the past for other projects. I really like the clear, gloss finish. This really shows the texture of the wood and really protects the wood. When it's finished, it looks good.
