We are using it for our basement live in apartment and it works great. It allows my in-laws to have some privacy and security of their things.

So far so good. Its been a few weeks. No issues. It is a bit loud when it locks/unlocks but I absolutely LOVE not having to fumble for my keys. Plus we can just change the code whenever. For example, when we hire a housesitter for vacation.

Easy to install, so much nicer than keys.

i like it because you dont have to use no keys. And its not jard to out on

I am MISSING the Mounting Plate item from my order. I have tried now for over 5 days trying to reach someone to replace this missing item without success. I have been calling the number information provided on my order without success. I would not recommend this item for purchase.

Stops working after a month or two when it is too late to return the item. Tried replacing batteries, resetting code. Nothing works. It is shameful that they charge $50 for a complete piece of garbage. Customer service is non-existent and calling just goes to voice mail.

I never did get the item and emailed a few times and was told it would be shipped, but never was shipped. I asked for a refund.

Absolute garbage. Knob broke while installing. Junk cheap parts. Hard to use crowbar to get it off my door, as the metal part the screw went into broke off and just endlessly spun. Threw in trash since I can't return a damaged product.

Using energizer and Duracell batteries, and I have to change them daily, iv also had to contact support each time and take the handle off and disconnect it and reconnect it and reset the code daily, it's aggravating to do daily

Would not install correctly to the door. Would not program after installing codes multiple times
