i needed a way to get hot soup to my bed room tray without spilling it while maneuvering my walker. i heated my soup and poured it into my thermos and capped it and put it in my walker bag and got it to my bedroom tray.

Love this for my granddaughters lunchs. Food stays hot! holds alot of food inside. like the metal folding up spoon.

I bought this for someone who was in the hospital and could eat only ice chips (they were being fed by tube.) Ice chips in standard plastic cups would be melted after 20 minutes or so (they were allowed one ice chip every 15 minutes) so I got this so that the ice chips would last longer. We were both impressed by how much of an improvement it was. Ice chips last for hours, and if using bigger ice cubes, they can even last overnight. Granted, this is a very specific use, but the ergonomics are easy enough for a very sick person to use, and the temperature retention is quite good. Even after the patient returned home, we're still using this instead of looking for other options.

What a great food jar. I was skeptical as to see if this would truly keep food/drink at temperature. Well it really does! Soup, chili, hot beverage? This jar will keep it hot for hours. Placed in jar place both tops and take with you where you need to. With hot items there is a red button on second lid to press to release some of that hot pressure before opening. Food is still perfectly warm. Curiosity with cold items, I quickly tried with cold water. Left in for about five hours and remained just as cold as when I put it in the jar. This jar will be perfect for those got lunches. Small amount of beverages. Cold items, I'm thinking yogurt, applesauce, sauces.... excited with this jar. Shook around with water inside, flipped on its side, no spilling/leaking. Also for the topping on the cake, dishwasher safe.

Purchased this for my son to take hot lunches to school and it keeps food warm until lunch. Love that it comes with a spoon and is easy to clean. Very happy with this and would highly recommend!

I tested it with hot water when I received it.The silicon grip on the lid helps opening it easily for a little kid. 6 hours later the water is still really hot.

I have purchased this product before and liked it. Previously it was shipped in a box. This time the product was mailed in the Walmart bubble wrapped envelope and the lid had a dent on it. Would have preferred this stainless steel container shipped in a box. I bought another brand as a gift.
