Boric acid cleans the "eye bugers". The rounds are thin, so you separate them until you have a paper thin piece. A fine comb, something like a mascara or eyebrow comb, works well as a team for getting the area surrounding the eye clean. Used daily.

couldn't believe how fast it dissolved the dried tears. the eyes are tearing less doing it once a day.

Size was so tiny and when U try to pick one piece ,it was so hard because 2 to 3 pieces get together. I think it is really thin. So I tried pick if up with twizer. Still not easy. And Don't know what is difference with used clean wipes. I will not buy again.

Miracle Care Tear Stain Pads are just okay. They are quite dry (not very moist) %26 not enough moisture to do a decent job on the tear stains.
