Product Great - Bic Warehouse is Slow!
First, the product is great! Now to Bic Warehouse: They are very slow to ship and do not provide tracking information to the buyer, even though the item was shipped with tracking info available.

Not a green thumb up
I'm not sure if the company changed the formulation but the spikes were rubbery and had a bumpy texture. I hope they work but I'm disappointed so far.
