I love this orchid and mix with orchids I found out orchid and I repotted it in this after soaking it 30 minutes before putting the plan in it I repotted the plant in the plant is putting out new roots and you leaves already it seems to love it I will definitely buy this mix again

I was in desperate need of orchid bark for my homemade potting medium but couldn't find any online for under $15. Thank god I checked the Walmart app because $6.50 for 8 quarts is a STEAL! Add free shipping and BAM! Amazing deal. This stuff is basically just orchid bark mixed with fertilizer. A bag of this mixed with some perlite and organic potting soil makes for an amazing potting medium for indoor plants! The bark and perlite prevent the soil from staying moist too long, which prevents root rot! Root rot is the main culprit of dying indoor plants. Plants like succulents and Alocasia would do great with this orchid bark by itself. No need for the perlite and other soil. I highly recommend this stuff.

Just what I was looking for! A beautiful rich, dark mixture that orchids love. Easy instructions, large enough to read and the price is perfect for the generous size of the bag. My orchids are already perked up after repotting to bigger pots!

I think this is a really good potting soil I tried to grow White Dove orchids with the soil they sprouted really quickly within a 24-hour period but they didn't make it they lasted two three weeks four kids are just hard to grow but the substrate works for tomato seeds and other

Gnat, gnats, gnats! It does work for good drainage when mixed with potting soil, but the gnats are not worth it.

This is the second time I've purchased a “organic” miracle grow product that came very wet and infested with gnats. I've never had issues with the normal miracle grow, so I don't know why the organic seems to always come along with gnats. I will not be purchasing or suggesting organic miracle grow products in the future.

Full of bugs. I repotted some orchids with this and now I have to deal with these tiny gnats. They’re disgusting. The plant is now moved outside and it’ll probably be thrown away.

Planted my orchid in it to find bugs crawling all over it minutes later. Went back and checked the bag to find them in there as well. Purchased days before and never opened until that day. Should had read the reviews prior to purchase.

I bought this to repot my orchids. I had it in my living room for a few weeks until I was ready to repot the orchids. When I opened the bag there were HUNDREDS of fungus knats in the bag. HUNDREDS. I have been fighting these things for weeks. All of my houseplants were affected, I had no clue they were coming from this bag of bark I paid 10-12$ for 😩
