Miracle Gro MGSPAK38100CC 3/8" X 100' Miracle-Gro Soaker System

A very complete kit allowing many soaking applications for your yard %26 gardens. Economically priced and adaptable.

I didn't realize it's a kit with lots of connectors for a custom setup, and multiple hose lines. :-) Quite the value. I thought it was a single hose with a connector at one end so I was very pleasantly surprised!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Been working great, easy to put together

I'm not sure why all the bad reviews. I customized this hose to my 4x8 foot raised bed and it was amazing. I used curved garden stakes to hold it in place where I wanted it. I even left it in the bed partially exposed all winter. I reconfigured it for a larger garden this year, hooked the hose up to it, turned the water on and didn't have an issue. I'm planning on buying another one this year.

This is an awesome, easy to use set up. In the box are several different connectors, end pieces and a couple of flow reduces. Some people have said not to use just those flow reducers, as there will still be too much pressure going through the hose. Just be aware of it and either fix it by buying a reducer or adjust your water flow at the tap. For my purposes it is great. I bought 3 kits and linked them together, and I have a splitter attached at the faucet, so 1/2 of the water goes to a sprinkler and 1/2 goes to my soaker system for my garden and one of my flower beds. I get water all the way through the soaker system, and I have not noticed any of the issues others have mentioned. It is super easy to set up. I will buy more of them, as long as they stay at this great price.

Used to water new flower garden plants. Absolutely needs to be inboxed & stretched out in sun before use; it's then flexible & easy to place. Working fine early, after only 2 weeks.

I didn't research enough apparently unless you have really good high pressure soaker hoses are only good for 100'. I ordered 3 75' hoses and couldn't figure out why water was only going partially... rearranged set up with extra parts and have 3 separate attachment places for hose hookup.

I laid it out straight before cutting and customizing to test it and it worked great for about 20' or so and the other end almost DRY after at least 30 mins.

Purchased this Miracle Grow soaker kit and I am very disappointed in its poor performance. As many others have noted, I have a good drip pattern for the firs 6-8 feet, after that hardly any water seeps from the hose. I have about 50 feet on my install and the last 25 feet stay almost dry while the first 5 feet flood that area with water. If I remove the plug on the end it barely drips out. I do not recommend buying this soaker hose.

Leaks like crazy at ALL fittings. Am trying to find better connections to replace original. DO NOT BUY this piece of junk. If I can't find better connections I am going to have to go back to spraying garden with a hose as mine is beginning to die from lack of water.
