Miracle-Gro Moisture Control Potting Mix, For Container Plants, 8 qt.

This is the only potting soil I ever buy. I even use it when planting in the ground. It is hands down the best. I dump it out each season and start anew for my annual pots, but my perennials I just add fertilizer and more soil on top. It really helps plants grow bigger compared to other brands.

The gentleman Nader, who delivered my order was very short, fused very upset. He had to deliver up a pair of stairs. He said if he would've known this, he never would've took the order proceeded to holler at me because he didn't follow instructions on Delivery slam the door said he would never come back here again. This gentleman is very short fused and then number two he didn't even come to the right address and if I left any kind of a tip for this gentleman, please take it off because he does not deserve it for being so rude I tried to be really calm which I did and his attitude got even worse so if I love to tip, you take it off for this gentleman thank you.

this is the only potting soil that I use. I have that nicest plants. they are hearty and healthy. i highly recommend the miracle grow moisture control potting soil.

It helps with moisture and has fertilizer inside! What a no-brainer! Honestly, it's the best I could've imagined when I bought potting soil. Next thing I know, I'll be buying another bag and having more house plants than cats!

I love this type of Miracle Gro!I started using it a couple of years ago because I was overwatering my plants and having them die.This keeps them healthy and growing to enormous sizes. Thanks Walmart!!👍💃🏼🌹🌺🌷🌻🌼

It's a good base soil to start with for my hydrangea. I added orchid mix, perlite, and a little more peat moss to give it the drainage and aeration it needed in its container outdoors. It would be good in flowerbeds for anything that needs to stay moist like a wet sponge. I'd use it with hydrangea, hibiscus, marigolds, petunias, tomatoes, zucchini, cucumbers, strawberries, eggplant, ferns, elephant ears. Not for succulents, cacti, or indoor use.

Bought for 16 inch pots. One 50 quart bag fills two and a half pots. The price I paid was great. I've always used moisture control Miracle Gro and it's always worked great for me, growing big beautiful flowers. The only thing I noticed this year is it had pieces of wood and plastic in one bag. I just picked out what I could see. I'm hoping this was just a single fluke as I only found that in one of five bags. I always recommend this product to anyone planting in containers.

Let's be clear, this is GOOD. However, if you use make sure to mix it with another type of dirt. Like 1 blue and 1 yellow bag. Not because I did it, but because I have not done it, and am paying the price.

This must have come from the garden center because it was absolutely saturated with water. They delivered a bag that should weigh about 5 pounds and it probably weighed closer to 20 pounds. It's the same that they would deliver something like that. But I mean, miracle grow dirt is miracle grow but I have to let it dry out before I can use it. Very careless, very very careless.

The product is great!!! Wal Mart SUCKS! I'm 73 and wanted it delivered to my house so I wouldn't have to lift the heavy bags. They delivered ONE out of TWO bags and the ONE they did deliver was left in my neighbor's driveway instead of my front porch, as directed! I had to get dressed, drive to town, spend 30 minutes trying to explain. This "easy delivery"order was a nightmare and I WON'T do it again! Next time I'm going to Kroger!
