I love this eye mask! It not only vibrates but gives a gentle massage as well. The heat in it can actually be felt unlike other mask I’ve had. It has 3 different options to choose from, heat %26 vibration, just vibration %26 heat only. It’s definitely worth every penny spent. I also like that the charge port %26 power is connected to the mask (all 1 piece) I’ve had others that clip on magnetically and come loose easily.

This is NOT the item pictured. I have seen them in stores. It’s knockoff. Didn’t even come in a box. Came in a ziplocks bag with a reused crinkled magazine clipping.

I would give this a zero. I was so excited to get some relief and when I opened the package all this scratchy stuff from the inside of this is coming out of it. I can’t even use this.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. This is not the same headache, relief cooling compression cap that is made by Miracle. This is a knock off clearly. It came in a Ziploc bag with a paper advertisement saying it was from miracle headache relief. I am attaching a picture to show my original miracle headache relief cap compared to this one. The original is made much better. I had ordered two because they said they were the last two in stock. The ones that came from Walmart are poorly made with the stitching coming undone and much larger than the original design. Very disappointed that Walmart would sell something like this. I will be returning this ASAP

"Miracle Dry Eye Relief Mask:" Useless. Might work ok for those who want to use the cooling pads it comes with. But for heat, it's useless. It barely created any heat at all. Additionally, the removable cooling pad leaves a hallow space. so there's no actual warm contact with the eyelids when using heat. The cooling pads cannot be warmed, so basically for the heat function you're SOL. Since this is the purpose for which I purchased it, I canNot recommend it. I can't speak to the cooling factor since cold just gives me a headache. But the cooling pad looks like mini ice pack gel, and the way it sticks to the mask seems effective at first impression. So I would guess that this would work well for cold. But, again, I bought it for the heat function and that's a complete failure.

Buyer beware: this seller is misleading you. I received a cheap knock off of what is shown in the listing. It has seams with loose stitches and the color is darker. It's not as long as the one shown. Also did not come in the packaging shown. Returned.

This is a rechargable eye mask using a standard USB-C cord. I used this for about one month and it just stopped charging one day so I was no longer able to use it for its intended purpose. Do not recommend.

This headwrap arrived either used or is a poorly made knock-off of the actual item. It arrived with no box, in a ziplock bag, and WET. The sellers printed off a cheaply made copy of the box with instructions and inserted it into the ziplock bag which promptly got wet and nasty. The headwrap is also super cheaply made and all the seams of it weren't even sealed or sewn properly. I immediately submitted for a refund, this is not what is pictured on the website and the sellers ought to be ashamed.

KME express steals your money!!!! I ordered 2 and was only sent one. Would not even investigate their mistake. Packaging bag could only fit one. Told me to call police. Don't use KME Express!!! Walmart customer service was great!! Refunded for my missing item. Bought another from a reputable company

Be aware this seller is selling fakes look at the real item next to what I got. I love the real one (light blue I bought in store) so I ordered another one online (dark blue) and it’s nothing like the real one. Don’t be scammed. The dark blue one is so cheap it doesn’t even have the compression part. I would have given a 0 star if it would have let me.
