I add this to my coffee or hot chocolate in the morning. Great flavor, blends right in. No grit. I have had the container and the packets. I like both. It's supposed to help my joints since I have RA. It definitely makes my hair and nails grow.

The flavor is amazing it tastes just like chocolate milk. I also like that it comes in individual packets so I dont have to use a scoop to measure it out.

I am not satisfied with this product because I ask for the product to be in individual packaging but it's not and it has a different taste so I'm tossing this on the trash
