I firmly believe that liquid vitamins for me anyway are most useful to my body. This product is very important for an older person like me to obtain all of these very important vitamins, minerals, and miscellaneous nutrients.

I feel the absorption rate of these is really high and I can tell my iron levels are getting better since I've been taking them.

Best multivitamin I have found. 20 Minutes after taking these pills I haven't felt this good since i don't know when. I take it just two a day as I think that just from the food you eat you should get most of what you need with this just supplementing rather than completely providing everything by itself. If you are looking to get healthy, I would start right here with this Miracle Multi .

My daily vitamins that I take are twice the amount that these are but I am over 50 years old. I think this is a sufficient amount for younger people but the elderly need a little more because they don't absorb it as well. The only reason I gave it a four-star is because it is not a high enough dosage for me recommended by my physician . I recommend it for my children who are in their 30s. I believe vitamins are important as a supplement for all people.

These are too big for me to swallow - don't know why they aren't smaller

When ordering the vitamins I was looking for liquid capsules and was pleased to see that contained needed vitamins and minerals. When I opened the bottle it was sealed, but the cotton was a covered with the vitamin contents. All of the vitamins were coated with something. I'm supposing a few of the capsules burst and made the mess. Anyhow I'm not comfortable taking them after seeing this. Perhaps this batch has been ruined somehow. It does has an expiration of 1/2023 so they aren't expired.

These arrived yesterday. I opened the bottle to find a complete mess. These are not soft gel, the capsule is a thin hard shell you can crush with your fingers. The inside is not liquid. It's more like a paste. Don't know if I just got a Badd batch, but their greasy, there's this Brown paste stuff all over, and at least a 10th of them are cracked open. D capsule is very thin but also very fragile.I would not recommend this .
