My husband and I love the Miracle Noodles Egg White Noodles! We have used the spagetti as well as the vermicelli types. They are tasty, satisfying, hold whatever sauce we are using very well, and give those extra grams of protein that we are looking for. We will be using the egg white noodles often and sharing them with others. Thank you!
For keto or carnivore people these egg no carb noodles hit a spot that nothing else does! And you get a shot of extra protein to boot! The taste is bland but that's a good thing as it picks up the sauce or juice of the meal you make. In my case I was jonesing for spaghetti and I made a meat marinara and added grilled Italian sausages. Drying the noodles is critical to getting them to absorb the sauce and the texture is a little different. But I finally can have spaghetti again!
The taste is really good. I wish they were in bigger pouches but we were surprised by the taste. We've tasted others that were drowned in chemical solution %26 they weren't that great even after rinsing.
These noodles are amazing! A snap to prepare and can be used in a variety of dishes including soups. They are perfect for keto and low carb diets. I definitely prefer this egg white variety to the other Miracle Noodles. I sure hope they keep making them and please Walmart, continue to sell them!
Honestly, the texture threw me a little with these noodles, but I got used to it. Given the fact that this is a low-carb pasta, it's a great alternative to regular pasta for my Italian dishes. It also comes already cooked in a convenient pouch, so you can just run hot water water through it and it's ready to go. Overall, highly recommend!
While not like pasta at all, follow directions and they are just fine.......better than regular pasta...problem is price -can not afford to purchase......
I have tried these once so far. I would recommend these for anyone who is looking for a healthy alternative to noodles. I am eating them since I am a celiac and also on a Mediterranean diet due to some health issues. While they are healthy, they are bland on their own (can't tell they are made of egg since they don't taste like anything really) but take on the flavor of the sauce they are made with. The texture is very light and so it's hard to tell that they are even in the dish. The wetness of them is a little much so I am thinking of drying them up a bit in a skillet first so that they take on a more pronounced texture in the dish the next time I make them.
I really wanted to like these so desperately, but the texture was off the sauce wouldn't stick to it and yes, I know it's not supposed to be used in the Italian pasta way but what can I say? I'm a pasta lover, who loves Italian seasoning. I wouldn't do these again.
Very good but tiny portion even for a generally light eater. Good taste but unfortunately not satisfying. Maybe I would try it again if the price comes down … and I will mix it with my CarbeDiem pasta.
These noodles have a very soft texture since they are, basically, just egg whites. It gives a bit of resemblance to eating spaghetti but they are just too soft for my taste. The second problem is the serving in one package is extremely small for the price. To make a decent meal, you really need to have two or more packages per meal which, at the cost per package, is a horrible value.
