Not Good
Did not line up well. We could not get it to go up or down smoothly and we didn't want to pull or push too hard on it so we ended up having to return it which was a complete pain.

Disappointing
The pergola's shade is detaching, rendering it ineffective in windy conditions. This is quite regrettable and has caused considerable disappointment. Unfortunately, by the time my contractor completed the installation, the return window had already closed.
