We love it! Very well packaged and labeled and looks fantastic by the pool. Only problem was the boxes came without instructions. We were eventually able to figure it out and we love the look and function.

Delivered 10 days late. Delivered up driveway to backyard. Took well over an hour for me working solo to open crate %26 unpack boxes. My brother %26 I (both in our 70’s) assembled it in 3.5 hours. But my brother is a retired builder very savvy. Professional assembly quote was $299.

These look great! We ordered two for our deck and it is amazing how much shade we get now. Also so nice to be able by to sit underneath while it’s raining. Definitely would recommend, seems like good quality

It sways a bit after construction but overall i am pleased with my purchase. Way cheaper than what’s online. 2 feet shorter than I needed but I made it work. All parts were included, instructions were easy to follow. Instructions were also online as well as you tube videos. The whole package was very heavy, all on one pallet which gave the delivery men a difficult time unloading from their truck.

Excellent structure well designed. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. My experience was that this was being done during a heat wave. Altered the procedures so that most assembly was done in shade. Overexpose to the sun was crucial. With the instructions being clear and simple made this deviation simple.

Love the pergola!! I think the price is paid was fair. Works like a charm. Only problem was getting someone to build it. Some companies wanted too much to do it. Luckily for me, 2 neighbors built it. And secured to my new deck. It cost as much to build as I paid for it.

Good product but the seller through Walmart was unresponsive to questions i had. tried twice. the product is sold by other distrbuters. stay away from this one.

Sent a bolt for main luever with 2 holes on one end rather than 1 hole on each end. Making it not functional. Not sure how to get ahold of company. Spending close to $2k you would hope to get the right parts. It is nice looking thought and Walmart beats mirador prices and Costco as well.

Horrible customer service and very poor shipping experience. The seller advertises “free returns,” but does not actually follow through on what is promised. I waited over two weeks just to get the item picked up, and the communication throughout the process was disorganized and unreliable. Multiple scheduling issues caused unnecessary delays and inconvenience. Overall, the experience was extremely frustrating. Based on this, I would recommend purchasing from other sites instead, where customer service and return policies are much more dependable.
