Adjust amount taken to your needs. Best NOT taken with straight water. Best in juice, milk, coffee.

Very good product
Since my colon cancer surgery in 2010 I have to have something to help keep things working. This product does the trick. The taste is neutral so you can just mix it with water or a soda of your choice. It works with no cramping.

1st timer - tough instructions
Packaging is pathetic. I did the "peel here" and the label ripped into unreadable layers. That's why I has to to visit this site for instructions. Oh, and the child-proof top is difficult for old arthritic hands and vague as to dosing level.
