Despite the "LAX" in it's name I have never known Miralax to be a laxative but rather a stool softener. You need to take a capful daily with plenty of water.

I take and use this produce every day. It works better is milder on my system than other products for the same thing.

This stuff works, and this is a good value in twin pack. Delivery was prompt, but package was dirty.
