I just add it to a glass of water and and there is no taste at all. It works well for me and does not give you any cramping.

The product does exactly what it says, and helps provide effective, gentle relief from occassional constipation by working naturally with the water in your body to help unblock your gut and make your tummy feel so much better! It is very easy to take, and the powder is unflavored & grit free, and I like that it dissolves in any beverage. It has also become a replacement for the nasty mag citrate used for Colonoscopies. I easily mixed one scoop into my coffee for two days. It was odorless and I couldn't taste it.
