I ordered the wrong size of bed. I needed a queen size but accidentally ordered the full size. The company gave me choices on the return. I'm really happy with the way it worked out. Thank you so much.

instructions weren't too hard to follow, I put it together by myself. it's decently sturdy. the steps are a bit slippery but I'll get matts to put on those

Damaged Product
Wouldn’t recommend came with a whole bunch of dings and scratches. I believe it was the carrier that banged it up but it also can just be shipping and handling

takes about 4 hours to assemble and even after tightening all the bolts it's still squeaks and it doesn't feel very sturdy

Piece Wrong- no response
I received my order. One of the legs is incorrect. I cannot bolt the bed to it or the stairs. I have contacted the company with no response. I shouldn’t spend this kind of money and then have to try to have to figure out a fix for it. Definitely steer clear of this company and product
