Good Quality
As a plus size woman I would struggle to feel comfortable in a waist trainer at work or day to day, however in this one it doesn't rise or need to be adjusted after being put on. I work a full 8 hour shift without wanting to take it off. After 3 weeks I definitely see the difference !

Snatched me!
I purchased a small and it was a little tight in between my legs. Maybe because I have thicker thighs but the compression was great. It's great for the quality. Not sure how to tell one to buy- meaning size up or down because it did what I wanted just tight in the thigh area. I still wear it but not for a long period of time.

Does what it's supposed to, but quality improved
It is a very good product, but with constant use of two weeks and wearing it with jeans, the fabric at the crotch is coming apart.

Great compression garment!
Bought this as a stage 3 compression garment after liposuction. It's got tightness in all the right places! True to size too. Try it you'll love it!

Material is comfortable on the upper body As for the bottom hasps not so confortable the material cuts in the screen which makes very uncomfortable to wear. I'd buy again but the manufacturer needs to redesign the bottom hasps for comfort. Definitely has all the quality for daily wear with tummy control

I liked the item, it was well made but it didnt go down far enough to really give me snatch effect. but it did however snatch my waist. just not far down enough for what i needed it for and it was a little bigger than i hoped

I ordered a medium. It isn't really tight to hold you in like a spanx . It is more loose where it pinches in but not tight. Just a little help not having a muffin top but not completely. I might need a small?

poorly made and deceiving product
It didn't tighten my stomach at all and it definitely didn't tighten my sides. It ripped at the bottom within a week. Cheap fabric and does not do what its meant for. i would not recommend
