Great workout buddy
This is fantastic. It helps keep your stomach in while you were working out and that really helps work out the abdomen even more. It also keeps your body warm so you sweat more. I've worked out with the vest and without the best. I feel like I work out more when I wear the vest. I highly recommend it.

Amazing results
I am beyond impressed and happy with this product! I have worn it daily for over a month, and have lost 2 inches from my waist. I am so happy for that! I was not able to get my waist into shape until now, and I love how easily and quickly I was able to do so. I love how easy it is to put on , and it is completely comfortable to stay with it for a long period. I love the results, and I will continue using this amazing product that has improved my life ! Love it!

Great vest
The steel bones don't feel so sturdy, they are a little flimsy but it's overall a good vest. I would say it's true to size just a bit short but I am 5'7”. It helps your posture so much and helps you break a good sweat while working out.

Was hoping for better
It barely fits. Once the straps are on, you can't breathe. This is like a corset. Not long enough to get your lower belly.
