Mission Computer Desk in Mission Oak

I needed a small at home work desk (remoting) and wanted something that would not be so obviously a "work" desk item. This arrived earlier than expected and was in great shape. My husband and I were able carry (70 lbs) the desk and put it together. This is a well made desk especially for the money. It goes great with our décor and is a perfect size for what I need to work at home. I would recommend this desk for anyone who is looking for a similar item. The keyboard tray is a great feature and works well.

Ordered Sunday and arrived Wednesday! It is more attractive than pictured and extremely sturdy. There is a round hole in the middle of the back (behind the drawer) to feed wires through- which is a great feature if you place it against a wall but might not be desireable if you plan to look at the back of it.

Perfect...the finish says quality and the piece is heavy as a good piece of furniture should be...it was beyond our expectation. We had wished to avoid a desk setting and this laptop desk was the ticket, not cumbersome and very functional. The shipping and delivery was extremely timely and putting it together was quite easy...

Arrived in flat box, took me about 5 minutes to pt together with an allen wrench that came in box. Looks really nice and is very solid, not flimsy at all. Arrived two days before they estimated delivery, also.

The only way assembly would have been simpler is if they had sent someone to do it for me. It was solid and well crafted. I ordered another one shortly after assembling the first two.

I purchased this as a work desk for an iMac. It has enough space I can stretch out a little while using the computer & is built sturdily from wood. It was easy to assemble but had a lot of manufacturing dust & clear threads of something all over it and needed to be wiped down before I assembled it. There was a small saw gouge in the back & the drawer is shallow & will come out all the way off the tracks. Considering the price & quality it's still a good buy with a few minor inconveniences.

Great experience, so nice to get a piece of furniture online without the smell of insecticide. Measurements are accurate to size and staining looks excellent.

From the internet AD, it did say the table was made of Wood, but never mention that it also contained formaldehyde. When I open the box, a sticker on the table showed that it did contain formaldehyde. The drawer would not open. After forcing it, many small ball bearings kept falling off. I had to remove the railing on the right side and could not keep the ball bearing from falling off, so I had to remove them. I did finally got the drawer to open and close. That should not have happened. The delivery did not arrived as stated and was very late in the day, almost evening.

This desk should have a better rating, but I can only give it 2 stars because of the way it was packaged and the fact that there were pieces missing. First of all, it weighs about 70 lbs and I had to help the FedEx person load it from the truck to my doorstep. Second, it had no markings as to which side up. There were labels for ""Caution Heavy"" and Fragile Handle with Care"". When you open the box everything appears to be packaged well, however, the very heavy table legs were stashed inside the drawer. The only thing holding the drawer slides were 4 very small screws, which of course, with the weight of the drawer alone then add the 4 heavy table legs, stripped 3 of the screws from the drawer slides. What should have been easy to assemble took finding new screws and paying a contractor to reattach the drawer slides. When I went to attach the table legs, I found that I was missing two types of washers from the material list and had to find new washers to finish assembling it. Otherwise, this would have been a nice desk.

The table was delivered with a damage on the top and on the key board latch. I tried reaching to the manufacturer directly, left them few messages, no body responded even after three weeks. I will return this table this week.
