As a single person, I typically do not have bread in my pantry. These shells are my go-to for everything from soft shell tacos, ham and cheese wrap, chicken wraps, breakfast wraps, even peanut butter and banana wraps. They are versitile and have a decent shelf life.
These small tacos work up great! Put in toaster to heat on low, puff up and are done. Slit one carefully at top on one side, add your makings for tacos and there you go!! Or place your makings on one and add another taco on top and you have another type of taco.
5 stars with a warning. These flour taco shells are SMALL. I had no idea how small these were going to be I just didn't want HUGE taco shells but not so small I can't fit the ingredients into it. I don't recommend these unless for 'appetizers' or just snacking on em. Expensive too.
These are my favorite, they are not bulky and I use them to make Southwest Egg Rolls, Italian Egg Rolls, Apple and Peach Egg Rolls (An absolutely delicious and Amazing treat), and a few other recipes that I have created for myself. They are so soft and easy to digest.
Fabulous small quesadillas. Mexican cheese, finely diced, small and tender red bell peppers, and onions, with a dash of salt and pepper. Or with pepper jack cheese and/or a tiny bit of finely diced jalapenos. Cooked a couple of minutes in The Betty Pizza Maker. Then I serve with avocado, halved tiny tomatoes and diced onion. And, you have a quick and delicious dinner! I love these little tortillas because they are tender and slightly thicker than some versions. Delicious.
This product is always on my shelf. It makes a great wrap, great base for cheese and ham, just a great product for any meal, snack, or dessert with yogurt and fruit
The street taco shells are smaller than normal taco shells, but they taste really great and they make a nice little taco. I actually went through the entire bag already so I have to get more.
I was out of bread one day, so on a mental dare, I tried a soft taco with some Ham and cheese. It was surprisingly good. Just as mom always said, "Try it, you might just like it."
I been ordering these pretty regularly and I like that theyre the perfect size for the toaster! I toast them until they just start to bubble and crisp then add a but of vegetable oil spread around the edge %26 half a slice of cheese and fold it over- voila! Instant crispy quesadilla in 2 minutes without having yo wash a pan. My only complaint is that the last few packs i ordered, each had 2 or 3 tortillas that were like substantially tiny in comparison to how the regular small size if these normally is. So tiny they couldnt even go into the toaster bcuz they would get stuck and too tiny to fold over. other then that i prefer them to bread and the.small holding size. Definitely not for burritos.
These are always a good thing to have in my kitchen stock..I use them for breakfast, lunch, or dinner! Entree or dessert … Sweet or savory… Crispy or soft texture…
