The installation could have just been user error, but otherwise the packaging is very easy to store safely, the directions and details were clearly defined, and the filtration seems to work very well. I recommend!

After we ran the water through, it works perfectly and tastes great. I have no complaints about this filter! What more could you ask for from a filter.
