[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Mist refrigerator water filter was easy to install and works great. A quick twist to remove the old filter and another quick twist to install the new Mist water filter and our water dispenser was ready to use. We ran about 2 gallons through the new filter to flush all of the air out of the line and to flush out the filter. We have a great flow rate and our water tastes great. I think you will really like the Mist refrigerator water filter.

Lasted about 1 week before water flow was almost completely restricted. Fill line and refrigerator would vibrate and shake. Replaced this piece of junk with genuine GE MWF and it works properly again.

Awful. It leaked water after initial install and attempted re-install. Ran gallons and gallons of water through it and it continued to put out black particles. I threw it in the trash and instead used the house brand from big box hdepot.
