Definitely worth giving a try .
This product is excellent. Contains the full B complex all in complete natural ingredients which is very important for best results. Plus Suzy Cohen has been a pharmacist and understands what the drug industry does with their ingredients that always has some side effects. All her products are worth using and many have special unique ingredients and are patented.

Better absorption and better use of B vitamins
This formula of the vitamins is the best I've ever had. My body seems to absorb it better, and I have a noticeable difference in energy levels.

We have a lot of family members who are not able to properly methylate due the MTHFR gene. One of the issues is the added synthetic Folic Acid to many food items. This product has 'methyfolate' to help with that issue. Thank You

I feel the difference
