I don't have any real complaints regarding the product. All of the parts and pieces were there. Assembly took several hours but not bad. The assembly instructions were good. I've used it for a few weeks and it seems to work fine. Good value. Worked well in my small space with a low ceiling.
This weight rack is excellent for the price! Also, the customer service is great, I've had some small issues with damaged parts and they are quick to respond and immediately send a replacement.

Great power cage but did have some issues there is rust in multiple spots of the machine including inside the mortar tube I had to clean it up before using, also the top pulley tends to slip on certain workouts and I have to readjust it, other than that it is a solid cage
Very sturdy. Clear instructions. Properly drilled holes. Nice powder coating. I'd recommend your own wrench to hold nut to avoid stripping
