Instructions were easy to understand but actually part were a little off line especially where some bolts went on the base parts a hammer may be need but, once assembled machine works great
The leg press is easy to use. It is very sturdy/solid. You can use bands or Olympic weights, The hard part is putting it together. It takes time, but the instructions are pretty good.
easy assembly. It came in 2 boxes. My buddy and I put it together in less than an hour. It's perfect for our home gym.
Took us 2 3 hours to build but easy very easy you need 2-3 ppl with u so it can be faster
No need for standing in line, getting skipped by the guys hogging the leg press machine at the gym anymore.
No safety stop. Overall great leg workout . Would recommend
The range of motion for this machine is TERRIBLE, I can't even get into a full squat or leg press position. It doesn't go low enough for neither leg press or hack for me.

Assembly instructions and definitely doesn't meet expectations. I should have checked to see what country it was made in and taken a closer look at the company.
