Put together steeps could be better .. had to pay somebody to put it together

Ok, shipping was fast! 2 different deliveries for 5 boxes. Easy to put together. BUT.. this is NOT velvet nor is it. navy blue. It's a light chambray color and the material is something I've never seen before . Almost like a felt. Cheap at best had I not gotten this on sale, I would have returned it

The couch is only 136” x 106”. The advertised measurements are false! For this size couch, I could have found better elsewhere for the same price or less! It is also a blue-grey color, not the dark grey that is advertised.

Missing 4 sections of the 7 piece sectional. Nowhere does the description say you have to build the entire sectional, piece by piece, from the ground up. Awaiting refund info from the seller.

I purchased these couches and received something completely different. What I got were used washed out couches. I ordered navy blue and got indigo. The worst part is that nothing inflates, they are not soft and they did not drill hiles or send clamps to keep these couches together. The pillows are so flat and never inflate or become full. Its been one week that i have been stuck with these couches without the seller wanting to guve a refund or pick them up and Walmart, well they have given me the run around have not supported this inconvenience or false advertisement. I paid 1400 dollars and received garbage. I would not recommend buying any furniture from walmart as you will be stuck with it when it arrives. little did i know that everything came from china and now no one wants to assume responsibility. after 9 agents and messaging with the seller my problem is still not resolved. The sellers las response was ill give you 50% off and you can give them to someone in need. Are you kidding me? They also stated that photo uploads vary with whats received because of lighting.... now thats a joke. It is now May 3, 2025 and still no resolutions. DO NOT OURCHASE FURNITURE FROM WALMART!!!!

I am very disappointed in this purchase. Instead of the Navy color, it's a blue Jean colored couch. It came with missing pieces and not at all what is in the picture or what we ordered. Very fustrating process and still no response on our full refund. Paid for the option for a professional to put it together, and to make a long story short, I had to put together the pieces that I did receive. Did I mention, I'm still waiting on a refund?

The couch is ok…well the pieces that I do have…… Customer service is horrible if I have to wait a whole day for contact/help…..im missing whole sectional pieces not worth purchasing if I have to return to sender

Doesn't look the same in person, different color, fabric, is a big couch so that's a plus. But what's a big couch to you if you hate it?

The seller charged the item twice, and I only received 2 items out of 6, I ordered from combination four. Review they're return policy, it's a joke that you can't return it to the store. Waste of money. I don't understand why it has good reviews, they're probably sponsored like the item is.

This sectional is poorly made from cheap materials. It is falsely advertised with an image of a dark gray color when the sectional is actually a very light gray color. It is also falsely advertised that the material is velvet but it is not. It is a cheap and rough material that has lots of loose threads all over. The seat cushions did not inflate fully and are uneven on the sides. You can see and feel the bumps of the foam fill. The seats are uncomfortable and hard. The website advertises that the legs of the section are wood, but this is a lie as well. The legs are cheap plastic, tiny, and unstable. The sellers are frauds and unhelpful with the return process. They wasted my time with endless back and forth emails trying to convince me to keep the sectional for $50 discount. I wouldn't keep this peace if junk for free.
