Mixy Squish Scented Mini Snack Shop, Air Dry Clay, Boys and Girl, Child, Ages 3+

I got this as a Christmas present for my 9 yr old nephew who had requested air dry or modeling clay. When he opened his present he was so excited and after all the gifts were unwrapped it was the first thing he wanted to open up and play with. While looking for his gift I saw several differen types of clay sets but this was one of the few that was more gender neutral and didnt seem geared more toward boys or girls which I liked because he has a younger sister that I know will be playing with him so I wanted it to be a theme she would also enjoy. Another reason I picked this particular product was because instead of being just regular old clay it was one if the only products that had more unique clay (scented or glittery). Lastly, other clay sets consisted of mainly just a few different colors of clay while this one included molds and other tools to create delicious look clay meals. The only thing I didn't like was that the amount of clay in the set wasn't as much as I would have liked and investing in some additional clay would be wise if this is a hit with the individual you are purchasing it for. I would have much rather paid a little more money for the set, as it was very reasonable priced, and gotten a large amount of clay. Overall though definitely happy with my choice and would buy again.

my niece received this from me for christmas. she loved it. you can use this clay kind of like playdoh except it doesnt dry out or break easily. it came with multiple little molds to keep her entertained. it was a good christmas gift for her . i would recommend this product.

Great activity with very little clean up.

Absolute hit for an 8yo's bday. Since she's into clay work right now, we both liked that the tools and molds could be used with other clays after the sparkley scented ones have been exhausted.

This is a cool little craft to do. But messy but my kids definitely enjoy that. Lots of colors, plenty of stuff to make the different squishy. Only thing is it takes much longer to “dry” to the right consistency. Still would buy again.

The positives: This kit has a lot that comes with it, the clay is extremely colorful, (even has little pieces of glitter inside), comes with an instruction manual on how to create different little foods, and is super soft and easy to work with at first. The negatives: the mold that comes with this is totally not helpful in creating the foods that are shown in the manual and it's only one sided, there's no red (red is a primary color and needed in order to create other colors. but red is not a color you can create by mixing other colors. so i wasn't able to make a tomato for my burger thats in the manual to make.), there's also no brown (so i had to mix colors to create a color for the bun and meat of this burger.), while I'm mixing these colors, the clay starts drying out so it was just starting to be a hassel at this point. cute idea, just could be executed a little more thoughtful.

starters these did not dry squishy as advertised, it was basically slightly softer than dry Play-Doh. the containers were probably 1/3 full. very deceiving. doesnt make any of the squishy s pictured. very disappointed children

The amount of clay is a joke, the container sizes are very misleading. The amount of clay of each color is about a 1/4 of the size of the container. The tools and molds are neat. But there isn't enough clay to do much of anything. I would give 0 stars if I could. The colors are vibrant. The smells are kind of gross. Keep looking for clay, trust me, overpriced for the amount of clay in the box.

i never received the item. i sent a msg then received a callback from the store telling me i would have to go to the store. i wasnt able to go to the store to pickup the item. then someone recalled the order and recharged me for the order minus the missing item after it had already been deducted from my account. the item cost me about $90. and i never got it and your chat people wouldnt help

This clay advertises that it has glitter and sprinkles mixed in, however, there's maybe about three pieces of glitter in the entire package. Very misleading and disappointing.
