There are not many steak knives that will ever compare to this Miyabi Kaizen set! These are stunning aesthetically and amazing in their quality and sharpness. You will never want to use anything else for your meats. You can see and feel the Japanese craftsmanship that makes up the 64 layer Damascus flower pattern in contrast to the black linen Micarta handle! It has real WOW factor.

This is an amazing steak knife set. The blades are so gorgeous. The Damascus layered steel give a super sharp blade edge but also have a very unique pattern. The handles are lightweight and very comfortable to hold. I love that they are straight blades so they can be resharpened when the time comes. I love how effortlessly the cut through food without tearing like a serrated blade. The attractive storage case is a bonus so they dont get banged around in the drawer.
