Miyabi Kaizen 4 Piece Steak Knife Set with Bamboo Case

Our household got tired of using serrated steak knives that tear up your food, while these provide a clean and beautiful cut. I love the Kaisen knives and this is a great addition to the knives I have. If you have a set with slots for steak knives, you can store these there, if not, the come in a great wooden box and they fit securely inside with a lid. Beautiful micarta handle that is resistant to moisture and made of a super steel, which means it is super sharp and very durable. These are gorgeous and are sure to garner a lot of compliments!

Outstanding steak knives. The one of a kind damascus detail on each blade is amazing. The steel has a razor edge which slices with little effort. The handles are extremely comfortable. They are an incredible set of steak knives. Housed in their own storage box, they can be kept safe. Ultimate quality and craftsmanship.

This set of four steak knives is a beautiful damascus design that is incredibly sharp. This makes them perfect for slicing through steak, or anything that you want a perfectly clean cut. They also hold their edge really well due to the very hard steel construction. The handle is small and curved so it fits perfectly in your hand. This is an amazing steak knife set. The blades are so gorgeous. The Damascus layered steel give a super sharp blade edge but also have a very unique pattern. The handles are lightweight and very comfortable to hold. I love that they are straight blades so they can be resharpened when the time comes. I love how effortlessly the cut through food without tearing like a serrated blade. The attractive storage case is a bonus so they dont get banged around in the drawer.

This is a really great Japanese steak knife. I love the aesthetic of these Japanese steak knives and how beautiful the 64 layers of VG10 steel is on the blade. Even though the layers are pronounced in that beautiful flower Damascus design, it's also more subtitled in comparison to the Miyabi Kaizen II blades.The Kaizen has a beautiful blade and the Micarta wood handle feels really smooth in hand, and has a nice roundness to it. With the blade having 64 layers of steel, you can really feel how much of a difference that makes when cutting through your steaks. They also come in a wooden presentation box, for easy and safe storage.
