Amazing knife
This knife is the first high quality kitchen knife I've ever purchased. It makes cutting a joy. The first time I used it, dinner took an extra 20 minutes because I was so excited to experiment with it and see how thinly I could slice the cucumbers. It's an amazing investment for any home cook.

Love! Worth the wait!
It is my favorite knife! I love the straight handle, the super sharp blade and the look!! It is beautifully balanced, which I thought would be a problem with a straight handle.

Beautiful Knife
Beautiful knife. My kids broke my last knife and I received this as a gift. It's stunning and a huge upgrade from my previous knife. I look forward to many years of use in the kitchen.
